Food was good ! Very flavorful!! The Oxtail were my favorite! Trae, the awesome server, answered our questions and made recommendations,,, To get the full experience, I recommend the sampler platter. It’s a bit pricey at 53 but it gives you several options. They were out of the spring rolls when we came.
Amazing flavor and outstanding service! We can’t wait to come back and visit Simpson again for our next AC trip. We started off with the chicken wings, you MUST try the honey curry sauce. Then we had HUGE portions of the jerk chicken pasta and oxtail on the Mac and cheese pie. Delicious and overflowing with flavor. We also had sides of the plantains and tried something new, the bammy. This is a must visit spot for those who love Caribbean or anybody who’s been interested in trying
Great food, great service, and good vibes! We visited the Atlantic City location. We enjoyed the jerk chicken and jerk lamb chops. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Wenford Simpson. He was very gracious!
The food was AMAZING! Very authentic. Our waitress Savannah was great, very informative, and nice. Great music. Perfect atmosphere for date night or families looking to have a good time. Definitely will be on my to-do list every time we visit AC.
The food was absolutely amazing, enriched with the authentic Jamaican taste that I grew up experiencing. The service was top notch. The waiter made sure me and my wife were well taken care of. The atmosphere is great, clean and relaxing. Overall, this is a great place to eat and visit
Coming from a Jamaican, food was excellent and service was quick. Mac and cheese side was amazing. They were patient and friendly. Drinks were also good and they played good music. Great for groups. Can’t wait to come back in the summer. We didn’t have to wait for a table. The restaurant is huge, they had plenty of seating. It also appeared like they had rooms for special events. We went during a Sunday when it wasn’t as crowded. If you’re in the area, give them a chance. Make reservations on busy weekend nights.
Some of the best food I’ve had in my lifetime The oxtail was out of this world!!! Jerk pork was succulent We drive 3 hours in the cold to Atlantic City’s boardwalk, stayed over at Caesars just to experience Chef Winford Simpson’s creations. Came across and bought his book had to check out the restaurant. Hoping to meet this amazing chef one day Keona Christeen
The good is amazing!!!!!!! The service was great and the wait time was only 15 minutes!!! The atmosphere was INSANE!!! THIS PLACE LOOKS LIKE IT'S FROM A FAIRY TALE!!! If you come in the summer you can see the beach from some seats. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to this place
